Government charges
These are fixed by the concerned state authority and may change. They can include the application or registration fee, a late or delayed-registration fee, and copy or certified-copy charges. We tell you the current official charges before you apply and you pay them only through official channels.
Other incidental costs
- Notarised affidavits and stamp paper, where required.
- Photographs and copies of documents.
- Translation, apostille or attestation of foreign documents, where relevant.
- Travel to the office for verification.
Professional (legal) fee
Our fee depends on the work involved: straightforward registration with complete documents, delayed registration, correction of records, NRI or foreign-national cases, or cases needing an affidavit explaining discrepancies. We quote before starting and give a receipt. See fees.
